3M 3302
Harmonization Code : 3907.30.00.40 | Epoxy Mold Compounds containing by weight more than 70 % silicon dioxide

Main features
- Low-Resistance Conductive Bonding
- Conformable EMI/RFI Shielding
- UL 510 Recognized Construction
Product Description
3M Conductive Aluminum Foil Tape 3302 is a silver, dead-soft aluminum foil tape with a conductive pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive for low-level EMI/RFI shielding and printed-circuit manufacturing or repair. The 2 mil (0.05 mm) high-strength foil is malleable enough to follow irregular and textured surfaces, while the adhesive wets out to low-surface-energy materials and supports a low-resistance conductive bond. The 3.5 mil (0.09 mm) total construction is hand tearable for installation and carries UL 510 recognition. Applied performance includes typical peel and tensile data with long-term temperature resistance from -40 to 250 deg F (-40 to 121 deg C).
Key features
- Conductive acrylic interface: The adhesive supports low-resistance bonding and electrical continuity across the applied tape.
- Malleable dead-soft foil: The aluminum backing follows irregular, uneven, and difficult textured surfaces.
- Wide long-term temperature range: Applied tape is rated from -40 to 250 deg F (-40 to 121 deg C) for days or weeks.
Applications
Suitable for low-level EMI/RFI shielding, printed-circuit manufacturing and repair, grounding, and electrical-continuity applications.
