3M 4200FC

3M Marine Adhesive Sealant Fast Cure 4200FC is a one-part, moisture-curing polyurethane paste for bonding and sealing marine joints and hardware. Its medium-strength elastomeric seal is watertight and weather resistant while allowing later disassembly. At 73 deg F and 50% relative humidity, the typical tack-free time is 1 to 2 hours and the typical cure rate is 4 mm per 24 hours. The sealant can be used with wood, fiberglass, gelcoat, selected plastics, and metals; some plastics require testing and metals may require primer. It is used above and below the waterline on deck-to-hull joints, portholes, deck fittings, rub rails, screw holes, and stanchion supports.
