Product Description
3M VHB Tape 4611 is a dark gray, double-sided acrylic foam tape for bonding high-surface-energy materials in assemblies exposed to elevated processing temperatures. A firm foam core with general-purpose acrylic adhesive provides a 1.1 mm tape thickness and immediate handling strength without a liquid-adhesive cure step. The construction is rated for long-term use up to 149 deg C and short-term exposure up to 232 deg C. It is used for stiffener-to-panel and panel-to-frame attachment, decorative trim, nameplates, logos, and assembly before high-temperature paint processing.
