Product Description
3M Polyethylene Tape 483 is a highly conformable polyethylene film tape with rubber adhesive for sealing, holding, coding, moisture proofing, and surface protection. The 0.13 mm tape stretches around textured and irregular surfaces, and its smooth backing provides a low water-vapor transmission rate with good solvent and alkali resistance. The applied tape remains flexible from -29 to 77 deg C and typically removes cleanly from most surfaces. Color options support marking and identification, while the black version provides outdoor clean removal from most surfaces for up to 12 months.
