The mild abrasive action is intended for surfaces that can be damaged by more aggressive hand pads, while the conformable web follows varied surface shapes during gentle cleaning. It works with liquid detergents and can be used by hand, with a hand-pad block, or on an in-line sander. The pad delivers results similar to steel wool grade 0000 without rusting or leaving metal splinters, making it useful for delicate-surface cleaning and light finishing work.
