Product Description
3M Ultra High Temperature Adhesive Transfer Tape 9082 is a clear 0.05 mm acrylic adhesive transfer tape with a 0.08 mm 55# densified-kraft release liner for thin, high-temperature bonding in electronics and automotive assemblies. The low-outgassing adhesive system retains measurable adhesion through elevated-temperature testing: 180 deg peel adhesion is 8.8 N/cm at 23 deg C and 5.3 N/cm at 177 deg C on aluminum-foil-backed specimens. Long-term temperature resistance is 177 deg C and short-term resistance is 280 deg C. The construction is intended for assemblies that combine thin bondlines with elevated processing or operating temperatures.
