Product Description
3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive EC-1751 B/A is a gray, aluminum-filled two-part epoxy for structural metal bonding, void filling, and repair of holes, dents, and cracks. Mix Part B and Part A at 3:2 by volume or 2:1 by weight; the thick paste remains where applied and provides approximately 45 minutes of work life at 24 deg C. Handling strength develops in 8 to 12 hours. After cure, the adhesive reaches Shore D 75 to 80 hardness and 2000 psi overlap shear on prepared aluminum at 24 deg C.
