3M Scotch-Weld Core Splice Adhesive EC-3500 B/A is a two-part, low-density epoxy compound developed for honeycomb-core splicing, panel-edge filling, and localized void filling in aerospace sandwich structures. Its paste format allows material to be placed at core joints and irregular cavities before panel closeout. The same system can address adjacent honeycomb sections, exposed core edges, and local gaps without changing material types between these panel-building steps. It is intended for controlled Part A and Part B preparation within the exact EC-3500 process selected for the assembly.
