Product Description
3M Scotch-Weld Repair Paste 2110 is a two-part, 100% solids urethane paste for repairing polyurethane erosion-protection films and coatings. The components dispense from 1:1 Duo-Pak cartridge formats through a static mixer with the 3M EPX applicator. A typical 10-minute work life provides the repair window before the material advances toward cure. It becomes tack-free in about six hours and reaches full cure in 24 hours at 25 deg C. The cured material forms a black polyurethane elastomer with sand and rain erosion resistance, making it suitable for localized repair of compatible aircraft protection systems.
