Product Description
DOWSIL 7500 Adhesive Kit uses color-coded two-part components and a 1:1 mix ratio to create a translucent green, heat-cure silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive for electronics assembly. Part A is translucent yellow and Part B is translucent blue, helping confirm component loading and mixing. The material is stencil- or screen-printable and cures in five minutes at 125 deg C to a soft pressure-sensitive elastomer for bonding electronic components, FR4, heat sinks and module parts. Complex-viscosity values at defined shear rates and a thixotropic ratio of 2.3 support process evaluation, while the cured adhesive has Shore 00 hardness and 90-degree peel data.
