Product Description

DOWSIL 93-006-6 RF Aerospace Sealant is a two-part, high-viscosity, non-sag silicone elastomer sealant for high-performance aerospace sealing applications. The base and catalyst are mixed before application and cure at room temperature to form a flexible silicone rubber. Its long working window and controlled extrusion behavior support placement on prepared, primed surfaces where bead stability and assembly time are important. Surface preparation, component proportioning, mixing and room-temperature cure conditions must be controlled for the application. Aerospace use remains limited to the exact process and qualification scope established for the specific assembly.
