Product Description

DOWSIL 93-076-2 RF Sealant mixes at 10:1 by weight to create a high-viscosity, two-part silicone elastomer sealant that cures at room temperature. The catalyzed material has a two-hour working time at 25 deg C and an extrusion rate of 35 g/min after two hours, providing a defined application window for controlled bead placement. It sets up in 24 hours and reaches optimum physical properties in five days. After 24 hours at 25 deg C and 50% relative humidity, the sealant has 680 psi tensile strength, 120 ppi Die B tear strength and 350% elongation; Shore A hardness reaches 46 after five days.
