Product Description
DOWSIL EA-4900 White RTV Adhesive is a one-part, white alkoxy-cure RTV silicone adhesive for sealing equipment and modules on circuit boards. It requires no mixing, extrudes at a typical 2,131 g/min and becomes tack-free in 5 minutes at 25 deg C. Moisture cure proceeds at room temperature, with more than 90% of full physical properties generally developing within 24 to 72 hours for this adhesive class. The cured material combines 4.0 MPa tensile strength, 25 kV/mm dielectric strength, 0.7 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and UL 94 V-0 classification. Lap-shear values remain specific to aluminum and glass test substrates.
