Product Description
Dymax Ultra Light-Weld 3019 Series Moisture-Resistant Adhesives are UV- and visible-light-curable adhesives for fast bonding of flexible and rigid plastic substrates. The 100% reactive-solids, solvent-free formulations form clear bond lines on materials including polycarbonate, PVC, polyurethane, PET, PETG, polystyrene, and nylon. The series includes a nominal 450 mPa s 3019 liquid and a 25,000 mPa s 3019-GEL grade for different dispensing requirements. After cure, typical series properties include Shore D55 hardness, 1,700 psi tensile strength, and 170% elongation at break. The adhesives also fluoresce under low-intensity 365 nm black light, supporting in-line inspection of dispensed and bonded areas.
