Product Description
FCT NL932 No-Clean Lead-Free Solder Paste is a halide-free no-clean lead-free solder paste for SMT printing and reflow in air or nitrogen. It is available with SAC305 and SN100C alloys using Type 3 or Type 4 powder, with Type 5 available by request. The NC32 flux system is supplied in jars, cartridges, syringes, and enclosed print-head formats. Refrigerated storage at 0 to 10 deg C provides a shelf life greater than nine months, while the working temperature range is 19 to 32 deg C and stencil life exceeds eight hours under the stated conditions.
