LOCTITE EDAG 33RO65A
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- High-Speed Conductive Printing
- Graphite-Polyimide Temperature Stability
- Low-Resistance Printed Conductivity
Product Description
LOCTITE EDAG 33RO65A is a black, graphite-filled polyimide conductive coating for high-speed printing. The heat-cured paste is formulated for adhesion to multiple substrates and produces a conductive printed layer with sheet resistance below 20 ohms/sq/mil under the stated cure. A staged schedule of 20 minutes at 107 deg C followed by 60 minutes at 177 to 204 deg C develops the polyimide coating for elevated-temperature stability. Applications include conductive printed coatings and ink features where this graphite/polyimide system is specified.
Key features
- Graphite-polyimide construction: The conductive coating combines graphite filler with a polyimide binder.
- High-speed printability: The paste is formulated for high-speed printing equipment.
- Staged heat cure: The documented two-stage cure develops a low-resistance conductive layer.
Applications
Applications include high-speed printed conductive coatings and ink features where EDAG 33RO65A is specified.
